1 lb (500 g) ground lamb
½ cup (50 g) pine nuts
½ cup (50 g) black olives, chopped
½ cup (50 g) parmesan, grated
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
½ cup (100 g) mayonnaise
1 tsp. curry powder
4 sesame bagels (or burger buns)
1 black radish, sliced thinly
4 lettuce leaves
1. In a bowl, mix ground lamb, pine nuts, olives, parmesan and sesame seeds. Add salt and pepper to taste. Form patties with preparation.
2. In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil. Add patties and cook 7 minutes on each side or until done to taste.
3. In a hot saucepan, melt the butter. Cook the patties over medium heat, 4 minutes on each side.
4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and curry powder.
5. Toast bagels. Spread sauce on bagels. Add patties and garnish with lettuce leaf. Top with slices of radish, close bagel and serve.
