½ cup(125ml)) coconut milk
6 pineapple slices in syrup
2 tsp. powdered Matcha tea
½ cup(125ml) pineapple syrup
4 Tbsp. plain yoghurt
1.In a blender, combine coconut milk, pineapple slices and powdered Matcha tea. Secure lid and pulse 1 minute. Add pinapple syrup and yoghurt. Secure lid and blend on high speed 2 minutes.
2.Transfer preparation to individual glasses and serve immediately.
